Management Fee

We offer a competitive management fee of 7% + GST which includes the following:

  • Ingoing inspections with report

  • Outgoing Inspections with report

  • Routine 3 monthly inspections with reports

  • Rent reviews

  • Rent and water rates collection

  • Organising and managing repairs and maintenance issues

  • Managing and troubleshooting tenant queries and maintenance issues

  • Owner rental payments and statements

  • Guidance around changes in tenancy legislation and compliance

  • Mediation (for tenants selected by Elevate Property Group only)

  • Tribunal Hearings (for tenants selected by Elevate Property Group only)

    Additional costs:

  • Healthy Homes Inspection Report - quoted with current pricing at time required.

  • Water tank service and filter clean (if applicable) - quoted with current pricing at time required.

  • Annual Smoke Detector Assessment - quoted with current pricing at time required.

  • Letting fee for arranging a new tenancy - one weeks rent + GST which includes the following:

    Rental appraisal

    Photography of property for online marketing

    Advertising on Trademe

    Advertising on Homes.co.nz

    Quality tenant selection, we will screen applications, interview them at our viewings and do a background check (as below)

    Credit and reference checks

    Tenancy Agreement

    Bond lodgement and management

    Things to note:

  • Management fees are tax deductable

  • We have an owners portal so you can see your statements / invoices anytime you need to.

  • We provide you with monthly statements and end of year financial summaries for your accountant.

Casual Letting Service

We offer a casual letting service. With casual letting, we handle the entire process of finding the tenant for you. Once we have completed the services as listed below, we then hand the tenancy over to you.

The casual letting fee is one weeks rent plus GST (minimum charge $750.00 plus GST) for the services as outlined below.

These fees will be deducted automatically from the initial rent amount that we collect from your tenant and any balance owing will be invoiced.
